Job Summary
Hands-on and detail-oriented, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will architect, build, and scale core software engines connecting physical AI infrastructure operations with enterprise financial platforms while dedicating 60-70% of their time to writing production code and developing high-throughput microservices.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and maintain integrations between NetSuite ERP and logistics, warehouse, and procurement systems
- Design data models and internal tools for managing physical hardware tracking throughout its lifecycle
- Ensure system reliability and performance through CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring
Required qualifications
- 6-8+ years of software engineering experience in production services and backend applications
- Advanced expertise in Python, Go, or similar languages, along with mastery of SQL and relational databases
- Proven experience architecting scalable RESTful APIs and microservices
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms, preferably NetSuite
- Ability to navigate ambiguous business problems and design resilient technical solutions at a staff level
