Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction for mobile development and patient-facing apps to enhance user experience
- Rapidly prototype and ship features using AI tools to improve patient engagement and retention
- Mentor junior engineers and establish technical standards for patient-facing products
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience building and shipping consumer or patient-facing products
- Experience serving as a technical lead, setting architecture direction, and mentoring engineers
- Proficiency in React Native or cross-platform mobile frameworks
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or high-trust consumer domains
- Familiarity with AI/ML or building agent-based systems
