Job Summary
Leading the technical direction for patient-facing applications, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will drive proactive patient engagement and personalize care experiences while working remotely across the continental US.
Key responsibilities
- Shape the mobile development strategy and enhance patient interactions through feature development
- Rapidly prototype and ship features in collaboration with design and product teams to improve engagement and retention
- Mentor junior engineers and establish technical standards for patient-facing products
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in building consumer or patient-facing products
- Proven experience as a technical lead, setting architecture direction and mentoring engineers
- Familiarity with React Native or other cross-platform mobile frameworks
- Experience in healthcare or high-trust consumer domains, focusing on engagement and retention
- Prior experience with AI/ML or agent-based systems is a plus
