Leading the technical direction for patient-facing applications, the full-time Staff Software Engineer will focus on enhancing patient engagement and personalizing care experiences while working remotely in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Shape the mobile development strategy and enhance patient interactions through feature development
- Rapidly prototype and ship features for patient mobile and web apps to improve engagement and retention
- Mentor junior engineers and establish technical standards and practices for patient-facing products
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in building consumer or patient-facing products
- Experience as a technical lead, setting architectural direction and mentoring engineers
- Proficiency with React Native or cross-platform mobile frameworks
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or high-trust consumer domains
- Familiarity with AI/ML or building agent-based systems
