Job Summary
To bridge the gap between commerce workflows and operational systems, the full-time remote Staff Software Engineer will own high-impact initiatives from design to production, focusing on building cloud-native services and orchestrating AI-assisted workflows within the Case Management Platform.
Key responsibilities
- Own high-impact initiatives end-to-end from problem framing through design, implementation, release, and operation
- Design and build cloud-native services on AWS, emphasizing stateless, event-driven architectures
- Act as an orchestrator of AI agents and workflows to accelerate development and reduce manual toil
Required qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience; MS preferred
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly with complex data or process-management applications
- Strong fluency in Java or another modern object-oriented language
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS, including serverless and stateless patterns
- Demonstrated adoption of AI-assisted development practices
