Job Summary
Leading the Ticketing team in a full-time remote capacity, the Staff Software Engineer will develop and enhance ticketing integrations, manage data workflows, and mentor team members while ensuring code performance and scalability.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrations for exporting vulnerability and asset data to major ticketing and storage platforms
- Lead the architecture and design of new connectors and improve the internal connector framework
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure integrations are stable, scalable, and supportable
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 2+ years of technical leadership experience
- Strong experience with PHP and modern PHP practices
- Deep understanding of REST APIs and data normalization
- Proven ability to lead technical projects from design through release
