Job Summary
To support the development of machine learning solutions, the remote eligible Staff Software Engineer, AI will build scalable GenAI infrastructure, enhance the ML platform for over 200 engineers, and establish robust data foundations for product features.
Key responsibilities
- Build scalable GenAI infrastructure using foundational language and vision models
- Drive enhancements of the ML platform to boost productivity for ML Engineers and Data Scientists
- Create solid data foundations for data-driven product features through scalable human and AI labeling infrastructure
Required qualifications
- 9+ years of industry experience or relevant academic experience
- Solid understanding of engineering and infrastructure best practices
- Strong coding skills in Python, Java, or equivalent
- Experience with distributed systems
- Industry experience building end-to-end Machine Learning Platforms is a plus
