Job Summary
To support the Platform team, the full-time Staff Software Engineer, Applied AI will translate customer needs into executable workflows, build and ship AI-assisted capabilities, and ensure end-to-end connectivity of the user experience in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Translate customer needs into executable workflows by mapping triggers, outcomes, and tasks
- Build and ship AI-assisted experiences and workflow orchestration within existing applications
- Measure customer outcomes and partner with Product to assess improvements in workflow efficiency
Required qualifications
- Demonstrable experience delivering customer-facing software and leading technical work across teams
- Hands-on experience building production AI applications that manage multi-step workflows
- Strong software engineering skills, including APIs, testing, and observability
- Experience connecting AI capabilities to real application states and authorized actions
- Ability to work directly with customers to clarify needs and translate them into testable solutions
