Staff Technical Product Manager
Job Summary
Owning the roadmap for Oura's Business Technology Services (BTS) and Workato platform, the full-time remote Staff Technical Product Manager will manage integration and automation infrastructure, partner with stakeholders to prioritize platform demand, and make technical decisions regarding API contracts and integration patterns.
Key responsibilities
- Continuously prioritize the BTS platform roadmap, converting business asks into a sequenced backlog
- Align demand intake across BTS and Workato into a structured, prioritized process for stakeholders
- Own the platform's API contracts and integration-pattern decisions, collaborating with Enterprise Architecture on systems design
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of technical product or platform management experience, particularly with infrastructure and integration platforms
- Strong technical background with experience in API design, versioning, and contract management
- Direct experience with iPaaS/integration platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi
- Proven track record of managing a platform roadmap that serves multiple internal teams
- Experience negotiating with senior stakeholders on prioritization and sequencing of demands
