Staff Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving value delivery for complex technical programs, the full-time Staff Technical Program Manager will manage infrastructure initiatives including data center build-outs and hardware deployment in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee prioritization, planning, risk management, execution, and success measurement for major infrastructure programs
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and infrastructure leaders to enhance value delivery and implement process improvements
• Act as the central communication hub among supply chain, facilities, hardware engineers, and external vendors to maintain project schedules

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in infrastructure, hardware, facilities, or data center projects
• Proven track record in planning and delivering complex programs while managing change effectively
• Familiarity with data center and hardware fundamentals, including procurement and deployment workflows
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML hardware, particularly in relation to GPUs and workload types
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and colocation facilities for off-site physical work
