Job Summary
Leading complex, cross-functional programs, the full-time remote Staff Technical Program Manager will drive the implementation of a Customer Data Platform and advance AI initiatives while ensuring strategic alignment across Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional transformation programs, ensuring clear visibility into priorities, risks, and outcomes
- Oversee end-to-end execution of the Customer Data Platform, coordinating implementation, integrations, and adoption across various teams
- Serve as a senior program leadership partner, influencing decisions and driving accountability across functions without direct authority
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management or technology delivery
- Proven success in leading complex, multi-team technology programs
- Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platform implementation from vendor selection to adoption
- Strong technical literacy and experience working with Product, Engineering, and Data leaders
- Ability to navigate and create structure in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
