Staff Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Data Center New Product Introduction efforts, the full-time Staff Technical Program Manager will manage cross-functional plans for new AI systems, ensuring reliable deployment at scale while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the cross-functional NPI plan, establishing milestones, owners, dependencies, and readiness criteria for new system generations
• Translate engineering specifications into deployment requirements, covering all aspects from power and cooling to installation and serviceability
• Drive design and readiness reviews, coordinating initial deployment and validation plans while maintaining an integrated risk and issue register

Required qualifications

• Experience leading complex NPI, systems integration, or deployment programs from early requirements through operational readiness
• Track record of program ownership across engineering and operations teams, resolving ambiguous requirements and driving decisions
• Technical understanding of data center systems and their interrelationships, including compute, networking, power, and cooling
• Experience defining readiness gates, validation plans, and issue resolution processes for new technology introductions
• Ability to manage configuration dependencies and technical risks across multiple concurrent workstreams
