Staff Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

Owning complex and senior product searches, the full-time Staff Technical Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruiting processes for Product Management, Product Design, and Product Analytics/Research, collaborating closely with executive leadership to shape hiring strategies and deliver top talent in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run end-to-end product searches, from role scoping to candidate closure, ensuring quality and strategy alignment
• Partner with the CPO and VPs of Product and Design to advise on role definition, search design, and inclusive hiring processes
• Architect structured search plans and sourcing strategies to build high-quality talent pipelines and enhance candidate experience

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, tech-enabled environments, particularly for senior product roles
• Deep experience in recruiting for Product Management and/or Product Design at senior and executive levels
• Proven ability to influence executive decisions through data and structured thinking
• Strong operational excellence with a focus on creating structured and efficient search processes
• Ability to assess product talent and communicate effectively with clarity and executive presence
