Staff Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

Owning complex and senior design searches, the full-time Staff Technical Recruiter will run end-to-end recruitment processes for Product Design and Product Analytics/Research, collaborating closely with executive leadership in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run end-to-end design/creative searches, managing role scoping to candidate closure while ensuring quality and strategy alignment
• Partner with CPO and VPs to define roles, design searches, and create inclusive hiring processes that meet organizational needs
• Architect structured search plans to identify bottlenecks and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, tech-enabled environments, focusing on senior design and creative talent
• Deep expertise in recruiting for Product Design or Creative roles, including experience with senior and executive-level searches
• Proven ability to influence executive decisions using data, market insights, and structured thinking
• Strong skills in multi-channel sourcing and building senior talent pipelines through research and relationship-building
• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences at all levels of the organization
