Staff User Researcher
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Staff User Researcher, the successful candidate will set and own the research agenda across multiple product areas, identifying key questions and opportunities while translating findings into actionable insights for leadership and mentoring other researchers.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and execute research initiatives that inform product strategy across the company
- Design and conduct various research studies to understand merchants and shoppers' experiences globally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and align on strategic research initiatives
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of applied UX/user research experience, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce
- Proven ability to lead research strategy and roadmap independently
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Strong storytelling and synthesis skills with a portfolio of work samples
- Bachelor's or Master's in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related field
