Staff User Researcher

Job Summary

Defining and owning the research practice for Platform, the full-time Staff User Researcher will set the vision and strategy for understanding customer insights, conducting various research methods, and driving design improvements in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and manage the research vision and strategy for the Platform team, connecting customer insights to product decisions
• Lead the internal CSAT program, designing surveys and analyzing results to improve user experience with Platform tools
• Conduct generative and evaluative research with cross-functional teams to address complex research problems and enhance design deliverables

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in user research and product design, particularly for complex technical products
• Proven ability to influence product direction through research-driven insights and effective presentations
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, with a focus on high-quality deliverables
• Strong knowledge of qualitative research methods and a track record of building impactful research practices
• Experience in utilizing generative AI responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency and quality
