Staff UX Designer

Job Summary

To shape the next phase of digital product experience, the full-time Staff UX Designer will lead complex product initiatives from strategy through execution, focusing on creating intuitive and engaging native mobile experiences while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX for high-impact product initiatives, defining problems and strategies through to detailed design and launch
• Champion an app-first design mentality, enhancing native mobile interactions and experiences
• Shape core e-commerce experiences across the customer journey, including discovery, checkout, and post-purchase

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience, particularly with e-commerce or consumer-facing digital products
• Deep experience in designing native mobile products for iOS and Android, with a strong understanding of mobile interaction patterns
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, prototyping, and scalable design practices
• Experience leading complex product initiatives with significant autonomy from problem definition to launch
• Strong understanding of end-to-end customer journeys and core e-commerce experiences
