Job Summary

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of in-house design experience, including collaboration with senior technical teams and integrating complex features like ML
• A portfolio showcasing advanced expertise in interaction and visual design, with a track record of creating outstanding user experiences
• Experience leading early-stage exploration projects with high-value potential, demonstrating strategic thinking skills
• Proven ability to manage and reconcile conflicting stakeholder feedback to achieve cohesive design solutions
• Adept at working with design systems, contributing to and maintaining high-quality, scalable design standards
