Staff UX Researcher
Job Summary
Leading research strategy and execution for a product domain, the full-time Staff UX Researcher will collaborate with Product, Design, and Analytics teams to drive product discovery, eliminate user friction, and shape product direction in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end research roadmaps for key product spaces, identifying user needs and aligning research objectives with success metrics
- Drive generative and exploratory research during early product discovery phases to analyze problem spaces and define product direction
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies, triangulating findings with product analytics and external data sources for a comprehensive user perspective
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of UX research experience, preferably in cross-functional software development teams
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and create structured research plans from complex product spaces
- Expertise in mixed methods research, comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative execution
- Experience incorporating AI into research workflows and a willingness to experiment with new methodologies
- Strong fluency in product analytics and ability to validate qualitative hypotheses using behavioral data
