Staff UX Writer

Job Summary

Leading the development of AI-driven user experiences, the full-time remote Staff UX Writer will create and refine copy for various projects, set quality standards for AI-generated content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent voice across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the creation and refinement of clear and engaging copy for AI-powered surfaces while training language models
• Establish guidelines for AI-generated content, including grading and calibrating model outputs
• Collaborate with stakeholders across design, product management, legal, and other teams to align on content strategies and recommendations

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or content strategy
• Proven expertise in leading content work from concept through detailed design
• Experience with large language model prompting, generative AI, and content evaluation
• Strong background in developing systems guidelines and content principles
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma and experience presenting to executive teams
