Staff Workday Integration Engineer
Job Summary
As a hands-on builder, the full-time Staff Workday Integration Engineer will define integration architecture standards, develop complex integrations using Workday tools, and ensure production reliability while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own Airbnb's Workday integration architecture standards and lead architectural decisions for complex integration initiatives
- Architect, design, build, and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and APIs
- Drive operational excellence across the integration portfolio, ensuring compliance, security, and reliability of HR data flows
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 9+ years of experience in enterprise technology, with at least 5-6 years of hands-on Workday integration development
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Workday Web Services (WWS)
- Strong knowledge of data security for HR data, including OAuth 2.0 and compliance requirements
- Experience managing integrations across Workday's semi-annual release cycle, including impact assessment and sandbox testing
