Staffing and Training Coordinator

Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized and passionate individual, the full-time salaried Staffing and Training Coordinator will manage staffing needs, coordinate coach training, and support scheduling for part-time coaches across the Twin Cities area while working both onsite and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own staffing needs for approximately 40-60 part-time coaches, proactively identifying gaps and managing recruitment and onboarding
• Create and maintain coach schedules and develop training programs to ensure readiness for each season
• Support the Coaching Department by tracking metrics, communicating needs, and assisting with coach development initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, scheduling, or working with college-aged employees
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, coaching, youth sports, education, or leadership is preferred
