Staffing Associate
Job Summary
To support client projects efficiently, the Staffing Associate will work remotely on a 6-month contract basis, focusing on sourcing, vetting, and onboarding contractors to ensure they are billing hours quickly and effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Staff client projects by sourcing and onboarding qualified contractors to meet urgent demands
- Collaborate with delivery and operations leads to develop staffing plans that align with project needs
- Track contractor progress to billing and manage redeployment as project scopes change
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience, particularly in a staffing agency environment
- Proven success in high-volume contract staffing with a focus on quality and urgency
- Advanced sourcing skills, including proficiency in Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience managing contractor onboarding processes and compliance in partnership with operations teams
- Hands-on expertise with ATS or staffing systems and strong spreadsheet skills for tracking
