Staffing Consultant

Job Summary

To support physician staffing needs, the full-time Staffing Consultant will analyze client requirements, recruit qualified providers, and manage locum tenens assignments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit new providers by contacting physicians, hospitals, and residency programs to identify potential candidates
• Market available locum tenens assignments to recruited providers and ensure their assignment needs are met
• Maintain accurate database information and provide weekly reports on activities to management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• One to three years of experience in telemarketing, sales, recruiting, staffing, or marketing, preferably in healthcare
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with the ability to learn new applications
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional telephone presentation and excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation
