Staffing Partner

Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day staffing operations, the full-time remote Staffing Partner will connect staffing demand with internal resource supply, coordinate external hiring when necessary, and ensure accurate staffing processes and data management.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor staffing demand and internal resource supply, including upcoming roll-offs and new staffing requests
• Identify internal staffing opportunities based on skills, experience, and project needs
• Maintain accurate staffing information across Jira, Workday, and staffing dashboards while communicating proactively with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Experience in staffing, resource management, or workforce planning, preferably at a consulting firm
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with data and operational systems such as Jira and Workday
• Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach to process improvement
