Staffing Solutions Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing the Staffing Solutions Program, the full-time Supervisor of Strategic Staffing Solutions will oversee nurses, surgical techs, and allied health professionals, ensuring effective program guidelines and operational management in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage invoice tracking, coding, and overall program spend management
• Oversee payroll management, including stipend calculations and submission to payroll on a biweekly basis
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires and internal transfers, ensuring compliance with program requirements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with five years of experience in Customer Service, HR, Clinical, or Business-related field; or an Associate's degree with three years of experience; or a Bachelor's degree with one to two years of experience
• Two years of experience working with travel nurses, surgical techs, or allied health professionals
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Experience supervising employees is preferred
• Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field is a plus
