Job Summary
To support the VA ICAM IOSS project, the remote Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Support will coordinate stakeholder engagement and communication activities, translating program changes into clear messages and materials while fostering understanding and adoption across various communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement and communication activities for the ICAM IOSS transition
- Translate program updates, changes, and impacts into clear and consistent communications
- Develop executive presentations, leadership briefings, and stakeholder communication materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise technology modernization or transformation programs
- Ability to translate program changes into clear, audience-appropriate communications
- Experience developing stakeholder engagement plans and change communications
- Active Secret clearance is required
