Job Summary
A company is looking for a Standard Apps Tier 1 Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and email inquiries, providing accurate solutions
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems as needed
- Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a contact center, customer service, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM software and communication platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with Zendesk is preferred
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
