Job Summary

A company is looking for a Standard Apps Tier 1 Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls and email inquiries, providing accurate solutions
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems as needed
  • Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a contact center, customer service, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and communication platforms
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience with Zendesk is preferred
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
