Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of early-stage startups, the full-time Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor to founders, helping them identify growth opportunities and prepare for successful enterprise partnerships while working remotely or onsite in various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of startups, guiding founders in defining priorities and establishing milestones for enterprise readiness
• Connect startups with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to address business and operational challenges
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and risks, facilitating regular portfolio reviews to align objectives with strategic priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of experience in startups, consulting, or related fields
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative nature and problem-solving orientation
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders
