Job Summary
To support the growth of Career and Technical Education (CTE) curriculum, the full-time remote State Adoption Advanced Specialist will manage state adoption strategies, interpret nuanced requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful bid submissions and post-adoption execution.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the internal expert on CTE state adoption processes, requirements, and timelines
- Provide strategic context and requirements interpretation to the RFP/Bid Management team for successful bid submissions
- Develop execution strategies for post-adoption engagement with districts and maintain communication with state agencies
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in K-12 state adoptions, curriculum procurement, or CTE program strategy
- Familiarity with the Texas state adoption process is highly beneficial
- Demonstrated expertise in navigating state adoption bid processes and strategic positioning
- Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in the K-12 or CTE education market
- Experience in customer-facing roles during formal review or procurement processes is a plus
