Job Summary

Managing the institution's multi-state authorization portfolio, the full-time remote State Authorization Compliance Manager will oversee regulatory compliance activities, coordinate renewal and reporting tasks, and maintain compliance documentation to support ongoing institutional efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead preparation and submission of state authorization applications, renewals, and annual reports
• Research and monitor state regulatory requirements affecting academic programs and distance education
• Draft regulatory narratives and reports for state agencies and institutional leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in higher education administration or compliance-related fields
• Demonstrated experience preparing complex written reports and regulatory submissions
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
