State Certified Valuation Reviewer
Job Summary
Reviewing appraisals and valuations, the full-time State Certified Valuation Reviewer will ensure accuracy and compliance with USPAP while working remotely and managing a portfolio of commercial collateral across various U.S. markets.
Key responsibilities
- Review appraisals, evaluations, BPOs, and CMA's for accuracy, methodology, and compliance
- Analyze income property data and recommend appropriate values based on loan stages
- Write concise findings and present recommendations for investment and credit review committees
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in appraisal, appraisal review, or collateral valuation, primarily for commercial properties
- Hands-on experience with commercial and income-property valuation or review
- Strong knowledge of USPAP and valuation approaches
- State Certified General or Certified Residential appraiser credential is preferred
