State Licensed Account Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the full-time State Licensed Account Manager will maintain client relationships, perform compliance testing, and prepare government forms while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Provides timely, superior customer service and issue resolution to clients and advisors
- Maintains high client retention rates and interprets plan documents to communicate improvements effectively
- Prepares Government Forms such as Form 5500 and works directly with auditors to ensure compliance
Required qualifications:
- College degree or 7+ years of retirement experience
- Minimum of 3 years in an account manager or similar role in retirement administration
- QKA designation required
- Experience with Relius and Salesforce strongly desired
- Excellent math skills and strong analytical abilities
