Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote State Licensed Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA/CNS) for the Virtual Pathology Anemia and Micronutrient Deficiency Team, who will manage patient consultations, conduct thorough medical evaluations, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations to develop treatment plans
- Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures and collaborate with healthcare team members
- Educate patients on their conditions and treatments while ensuring continuity of care
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in nursing or related field from an accredited program
- Current Nurse Practitioner license and RN license in applicable state(s)
- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner by a recognized organization
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS or PALS may be necessary based on work setting
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in Hematology/Oncology
