Job Summary
Providing strategic legal support for a global supply chain organization, the full-time State Licensed Assistant General Counsel will manage complex commercial agreements, advise on regulatory compliance, and mitigate legal risks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of complex commercial agreements, including procurement and logistics contracts
- Advise on legal and regulatory requirements impacting global supply chain operations, including trade compliance and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop contracting strategies and support vendor management initiatives
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Minimum of 10 years of legal experience in commercial transactions and supply chain law
- Strong knowledge of global trade regulations and compliance frameworks
- Experience in advising multinational businesses in regulated environments
