State Licensed Associate Corporate Counsel
Job Summary
Joining the Corporate Trust Team, the full-time remote State Licensed Associate Corporate Counsel will manage corporate governance, SEC reporting, and sustainability initiatives while supporting M&A transactions and other legal projects.
Key responsibilities
- Support the preparation and review of SEC filings and governance documentation
- Coordinate sustainability assessments and assist with the preparation of the annual Sustainability Report
- Research and draft updates to corporate policies while monitoring legal and regulatory developments
Required qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 2-3 years of experience in corporate law, capital markets, or securities compliance
- Familiarity with SEC reporting and public company governance
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
