Job Summary

To support strategic growth and clinical operations, the full-time salaried State Licensed Associate General Counsel will provide legal advice on healthcare operations, compliance, and risk management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide practical legal advice to senior leaders and physicians on healthcare operations and compliance matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including physician employment and vendor contracts
• Advise on healthcare regulatory issues and support growth initiatives such as acquisitions and physician recruitment

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law
• 4-7 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in healthcare settings
• Strong experience with healthcare contracting and regulatory compliance
• Collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to legal advice
• Ability to thrive in a growing, entrepreneurial healthcare organization
