- Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional leaders on legal and strategic matters
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in a law firm or in-house legal department
- 5+ years of in-house legal experience focusing on commercial transactions
- 5+ years of experience in modern contract drafting and legal transformation initiatives
- J.D. Degree and membership in at least one state bar
- Deep understanding of commercial contracting needs for a Fortune 500 cloud software provider
