State Licensed Associate General Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote State Licensed Associate General Counsel in Litigation, the successful candidate will manage Binance.US's litigation portfolio, develop case strategies, coordinate with external law firms, and provide risk-adjusted legal advice to internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of litigation, arbitration, and pre-litigation disputes across multiple jurisdictions
• Develop litigation strategies and coordinate with external counsel to establish objectives and budgets
• Serve as the primary point of coordination for assigned matters, ensuring consistent communication and strategy

Required qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• At least 6 years of post-law-school legal experience with substantial litigation handling
• Significant experience managing outside litigation counsel and coordinating strategy across multiple firms
• Strong working knowledge of federal and state civil litigation processes
• Experience within financial services, fintech, or highly regulated industries is required
