Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle for commercial and federal agreements
- Provide legal support on data privacy, employment law, and corporate compliance
- Partner with departments to structure and close deals efficiently
Required Qualifications
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school; member in good standing with a state bar
- 8+ years of relevant experience, with a mix of law firm and in-house preferred
- Strong background in commercial technology contracting (SaaS, licensing)
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Superior negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
