Job Summary

Guiding beneficiaries through critical health insurance decisions, the part-time Associate Benefit Advisor will consult with clients over the phone, providing tailored insurance options while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on selecting appropriate health insurance coverage based on their needs
• Build trust with customers by delivering clear and compliant guidance throughout the enrollment process
• Participate in training to prepare for the state health insurance licensing exam and enhance sales readiness

Required qualifications

• Ability to obtain or currently possess a resident state health insurance license
• Prior sales experience or a strong desire to pursue a sales-focused role
• Comfortable using multiple technology systems simultaneously
• Open to feedback and ongoing development
