Job Summary
Serving as a key client service lead, the full-time Senior Benefits Specialist will oversee employee benefits program management, lead Open Enrollment projects, and act as the primary contact for clients, carriers, and vendors in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for plan administration and service issues
- Coordinate renewal decisions and execute plan changes, ensuring timely issue resolution
- Lead Open Enrollment activities, including communication materials and enrollment submissions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five (5) or more years of related work experience
- Active Life, Accident and Health Producer License, or willingness to obtain licensing
- Advanced expertise in employee benefits across small and large group markets
- Experience with benefits administration and HRIS systems
