Job Summary

Serving as the primary authority on blood bank data migration and archival solutions, the full-time Senior Lead, Blood Bank Data Migration & Archive Solutions will guide internal teams and client stakeholders through transformation initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and implement the enterprise strategy for blood bank data migration, archival, and compliance-driven retention
• Establish best practices, standards, and quality frameworks for blood bank data conversions
• Provide senior-level QA oversight for clinical datasets and serve as a trusted advisor to clients' leadership

Required qualifications:

• Certified as a Medical Technologist, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or equivalent certification by ASCP
• 10+ years of experience in a hospital blood bank, transfusion service, or blood center
• 3+ years of experience supporting Epic EHR implementation and migrations
• Deep working knowledge of BECS/LIS/LIMS platforms and regulatory standards (AABB, FDA, CAP, CLIA)
• Proven leadership in data migration, normalization, or archival conversions
