State Licensed Breast Imaging Chief

Job Summary

Supporting the leadership and expansion of a national breast imaging service line, the full-time remote State Licensed Breast Imaging Chief will collaborate with the Medical Director to optimize workflows, elevate clinical quality standards, and oversee operational programs while managing a team of breast radiologists.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in leading the breast radiologist team, focusing on recruitment, mentorship, and team engagement
• Manage quality assurance programs, including compliance with MQSA and peer review processes
• Direct operations and partner relations for remote diagnostic programs to ensure quality and streamline workflows

Required qualifications:

• MD or DO, eligible to practice medicine in the U.S
• ABR or AOBR board-certified radiologist with fellowship training in Breast Imaging
• 5+ years post-training clinical experience in high-volume breast imaging
• Unrestricted active license in at least one U.S. state, with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
