To support a growing legal practice, the full-time State Licensed Business Immigration Associate will manage complex immigration cases, develop client relationships, and provide strategic legal advice while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage immigration matters from initial handoff to final submission with minimal supervision
- Develop a deep understanding of clients and their industries to provide tailored legal strategies and solutions
- Mentor and guide junior attorneys while ensuring compliance with firm protocols and enhancing case quality through technology
Required qualifications
- J.D. and active admission to a U.S. state bar
- 4+ years of experience in employment-based immigration law, including H-1B, PERM, and other relevant matters
- Prior experience managing or mentoring a team is preferred
