Job Summary
Providing leadership and oversight for front-line Pharmacy Technicians and Leads, the part-time State Licensed Care Team Supervisor will manage team performance, monitor attendance, and resolve escalated issues during the 2nd shift hours of 12:30pm-9:00pm EST, Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and support Pharmacy Technicians and Leads, managing timecards and performance metrics
- Collaborate with the Workforce Management team to optimize staffing and maintain service level performance
- Conduct regular feedback conversations and coaching sessions to foster a positive team culture and support individual development
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred; state licensure or registration required where applicable
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare contact center, retail pharmacy, or pharmacy operations setting
- Experience leading teams of pharmacy technicians preferred
- Strong understanding of pharmacy claims processing and industry terminology
