Job Summary
To support a growing virtual team, the full-time State Licensed Case Manager will provide direct support and resources to clients and clinical staff, perform patient care activities, and facilitate psychoeducational groups across various states.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in Multidisciplinary Treatment Team meetings and complete required assessments and screenings
- Serve as the liaison between clinical and utilization review teams while assisting with chart documentation and compliance
- Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducational groups as directed by the Clinical Supervisor
Required qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited college or university with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a health-related field
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a chemical dependency or psychiatric setting
- CEU certifications and ongoing training in a health-related field
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of the discipline
- Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards
