- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve travel medical claims end-to-end
- Adjudicate benefits according to policy terms and statutory requirements
- Maintain timely updates to customers, providers, and partners on claim status
Required qualifications
- Proven experience handling travel insurance claims, including complex domestic and international cases
- Current (or ability to obtain) state adjuster licensing
- A belief that claims processing should enhance the customer experience
- Comfort working with data, forms, spreadsheets, and policy wordings
- Strength in writing, negotiation, and organization
