State Licensed Claims Advocate

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time State Licensed Claims Advocate specializing in complex Contents claims, the remote position will manage customer relationships, investigate claims, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a top-tier customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers, providing support throughout the claims process via phone and email
• Evaluate and investigate claims to facilitate timely settlements while ensuring clarity in coverage decisions
• Organize and prioritize daily tasks to resolve claim-related inquiries efficiently

Required qualifications

• 1 year of property claim handling experience, including complex Contents and Loss of Use claims
• Experience with estimating software, such as Xactanalysis or Xactware products, is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to new technology
• Empathy and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
• College degree and an active adjusters license in good standing, or willingness to obtain one within the first 3 months
