Job Summary

Seeking two qualified Commercial Auto Liability Claims Examiners, these full-time remote positions will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve commercial trucking auto liability claims while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate all aspects of loss including coverage, liability, and damages for trucking claims
• Evaluate and negotiate claims related to third-party property damage and total loss incidents
• Prepare comprehensive reports and present summaries during client review meetings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Appropriate state adjuster licensure; additional licenses may be required based on loss locations
• Proven experience managing trucking and/or commercial auto liability claims
• Strong knowledge of insurance principles, coverage, and regulations
• Experience handling no-fault claims is strongly preferred
